As she landed her newly found fire claws extanded. As well as a strange look from Logan. She watched as her father had no problem showing his claws in front of cyclops. Red felt a sigh as she heard Cerebro's voice.

[cerebro]

cyclops angled himself so that he could keep wolverine and red in his line of sight but allowed him to look at cerebro as well.

"stay out of this, cerebro!" he spat, "this is something that has been a long time coming, even before you took over the x-men!"

"yeah, bub," wolverine growled, "one-eye here has wanted to kick my ass for a lonnnnng time."

"there is nothing this will solve or prove, scott," cerebro said, ignoring logan's taunt focusing on the angry former team leader trying to get into his mind.

he shock his head dazed for a moment then glared at cerebro, "i was trained by the greatest telepath in history and married to the first person to carry the phoenix force with in her and the second such person is my daughter from another timeline as well as my son being a powerful psi as well. do you honestly think you can take over MY mind."

"honestly, no," cerebro responded, "just distract you so you couldnt prepare for this!" he savagely swings a large branch that he had picked up while his opponent was dazed and hit cyclops squarely in the head, knocking him down to the ground.

"I always knew he had a hard head." A female voice called from what seemed to be above them.
Red let her fire claws disapear, still unsure of all this.
As a smile fell upon Logan's face. He looked up as if he knew who was there.
Jean Gray floated down untill her feet touched the ground. Her eyes quickly looked upon a sight she thought she could never see, Logan standing next to her daughter. The same daughter that she had placed in foster care, just to leave the true identity of her parents hidden. Red had been at the age of sixteen when she learned the truth of her mother. But yet her father had remained a mistory to her till today.

[cerebro]

"must have something to with been the leader of the x-men" cerebro smirked, "least you always claimed i was hard headed."

he stepped forward to great his teacher and long time friend. "sorry to bring you into this, jean."

[Galuwen]

"No, I brought myself into this." Jean said as she turned her attention towards Logan. Walking towards him. "Logan, Iam sorry. I should have told you."

[Captain Jack]

"No kidding, Jean. You should've told me. But no, you had to keep this from me and I don't know what to think anymore." Looking over at Red, Cerebro and Scott, Logan turned back to Jean and was about to say something when he caught a smell in the air. "Get down!" Wolverine yelled as he pushed Jean out of the way of a laser blast.

Turning around he saw everyone had seen the attack and then saw the Centinals flying towards the school. "Get everyone inside!" Wolverine yelled at Cerebro. "I'll try to get their attention."

[cerebro]

a flash of crimson energy turned one sentinal to scrap metal before anyone could move. everyone's head whipped around to see cyclops holding himself up against a tree ready to fire another blast. "ILL buy the time needed to get the students to safety."

cerebro wasted no time and hit is comm-unit "hank! sentinal attack! look down the school! get all the students to the reinforced lower levels!" not waiting for the Beast to answer, he turned to red and glared, "that includes you child!"

he wiped around to the three vetern x-men "this 'discussuion' can wait until after we deal with this threat."

logan glared at cyclops then growled, "fine by me, ive been itching to go to claw city on sump'ton and these tin cans are just what the Beast ordered! Jean. hoist me up for a fastball special!"

within minutes logan was airborne, claws out towards one of the last two robots while the other one landed in front of cerebro and cyclops.

MUTANT THREAT IDENTIFIED. TELEPATH/TELEKINETIC EASILY RENDERED INEFFECTIVE BY REPULSAR BLAST

energy ripped from the palm of the machine's hand and caused the ground to explode around cerebro, but he amazingly held his ground, "im not that easy ya overgrown washing machine!"

[Captain Jack]

As the centinals were still coming, Wolfgang and Beast were watching the children as they could hear the hell of war outside around them. "Wolfgang, stay here I have to go help." Beast snarled as he left the were-wolf in charge.
"Hank, be careful, I got this, don't worry I'll die before these kids are hurt." Wolfgang said as Hank went into battle.
Outside, Cyclops was blasting robots left and right but they kept coming. Jean was getting tired and Red had disappeared. "Where's Red?" Logan shouted as he dodged a blast from a centinel. "I don't know!" Cerebro shouted as he mentally threw scrapp metal away from the school. A centinel swooped down behind Cyclops and was about to blast him as a huge growl sounded and Beast landed on the android ripping it's wires and circuits. Turning around Cyclops looked at him and said,"Thanks, Hank." Smiling and bowing, Hank said, "Do not mention it my good friend." An explosion sonded around the other side of the school and Logan, Jean and the others raced over to see what caused it. They were shocked to see Red blasting centinelapart with the phoenix force. "Red get down!" Logan shouted as a huge centinel fired a plasma blast at her. He knocked her out of the way taking it all as he fell to the ground motionless. Cerebro and Cyclops reduced the final centinal to scrap as Hank carried Logan into the infrimry.

cerebro watched hank carry the already healing logan to the medbay then around at the pieces of mutant hunting machine laying about and cursed under his breath.

he looked at the two remaining veteren x-men. when he spoke it was to jean, "you asked me to keep red secret from both men, you had your reasons on i respected that. i also agreed to train red. i will keep that promise but YOU need to resolve this" sweeping his hand around the area, "cause it appears i have more serious matters to tend to. i want it done sooner then later."

he stalked to his office, leaving the two founders in uncomfortable silence.
