Tortuga. More importantly, it is indeed a sad life that has never breathed deep this sweet, proliferous bouquet that is Tortuga , savvy? What do you think? It'll linger. Welcome to the Tortuga Tavern mates. Grab a pint of Rum. And we'll sit and wet our whistles over tales of the sea.

The salty sailor walked in the tavern. Looking around, he could see all the people drinking and having fun, after six long months at sea he was looking for some fun himself.
Sitting down at a deserted table in the corner, he saw a beautiful red haired buxum barmaid headed towards him. "Pint of yer best rum, lov." He said as he threw a couple schillings on her tray. Smiling, she went to go fill his request.
He couldn't believe he got such a great table in such a crowded place.

Anastasia poured the drink into a large flask, then made her way back to his table. She wore a red dress that looked as if it had seen better days. The bottom of it was torn and the red was a deeper shade from the drinks that been spilted on it. Her hair was done up in spirl curls pinned ontop of her head. A black ribbon fell from one curl down to her chest, that seem to be almost spilling out of her dress. In one moment she placed the flask of rum down on the table. As soon as it touch the table, she removed her hand for it, pulled back, and slipped him hard across the face. With only a firery angered look upon her face as a response.

Moving about the tavern full of people around her, Anamaria heard the sound of skin sounded hard. Turning and seeing a bar maid slapping a man whom she'd just taken a drink to. Recognizing the man as the one who had taken her ship. Striding across the tavern towards them, the tattered burgundy and blue skirt she wore moving in the wind as she made her way towards him, the form fitted sleeves to the dress rustling from beneath the corset she wore as she came to a halt in front of the two of them, her blonde hair in curls framing her face as she too slapped him across the face for his indescretion towards her. "You took my ship you lousy corsair!"

Rubbing his hand on both sides of his face, he looks over at the man he knows all too well and says, "The first slap I don't think I deserved. The second one I deserved." He quickly replied back to the blonde, "I only browed it, savvy."

"Miss you?! Not after you taking my vessel without my consent? By the great oceans I think not you dastardly pirate!" she ground out after drawing in a sharp breath, tempted to let her hand connect with the skin of his cheek once more for that remark.

Taking yet another sip of his rum, he looked up at the blonde woman who was still looking as if she'd like to slap the taste out of his mouth and said, "True enough lov, I took her without permission but I couldn't resist. After all she is such a pretty boat, er ship." He added, "Besides, you act as if I was alone in this venture. Not true." He said as he pointed to his first mate sitting on the bar stool still laughing at him. "He helped me take her because he knew I couldn't sail her all by my oncies, savvy?" "Really, you should be happy shes back, and in one piece. She almost was'nt after all." He said as he quickly shut up for he almost let the cat out of the bag.

"Ah, true enough he was. However he was the one who almost caused the ship wreck oops." He said as he quickly covered his mouth in hopes of the girls not hearing him.

Taking his final gulp of rum, he ordred another and offered the girls a seat. With everyone around him he began. " Well, there we were out on a high seas adventure and everything was goin' great. Turns out they were goin' too well it seems. She handled wonderfully I'll have you know." He said as he looked at the blonde. " Anyway we were heading south and all of a sudden there she was oh she was beautiful a jet black whale." He stopped and took a sip of rum he just recieved from another barmaid. "The phantom of the sea they call her and the basis of the legendary Leviathon. She saw us and I saw her I knew we were in for a fight so I ordered all hands to the cannons and harpoons but she was too fast. She went under the water, and came up directley under us. The devil fish tried to capsise us but we managed to elude Davey Jones' Locker andwere abel to fire a cannon ball into her as the winds picked up and we got away. She was either too injured or dead to catch up with us." Sitting back in his chair, he lit his pipe and looked off in the distance and said "She fought a good fight though."
