There is a secret well kept from human kind, that secret is the Night World, a world of underground clubs, of late night partying and Vampire, Werewolves and Witches.
There is fierce rivalry between the clans, and within the clans themselves, but their greatest threat is the Fellowship of the Sapphire Sun. It was founded in the late 12th century, a medieval religious organisation, which swore to protect the “innocents” from the preying of the Nightworld.
At the moment there is an uneasy peace but that is about to be shattered by a series of events, which could endanger the very existence of humanity.
