I personally think that he's gonna end up with Luna. They seem to relate the most as the've both seen someone die, they can both see threstrals and they both can hear the voices beyond the veil. Luna is also the first person Harry sort of opens up to after Sirius' death. I think that they could help each other a lot.
I think Hermione is gonna end up with Ron, and Ginny had a crush on Harry, but I don't think their relationship will grow that much. It would be too odd for poor Ron to have Harry going out with his baby sister.

I think it'll be someone knew maybe someone form another house (Hannah Abbot or simelar) just cus he is just friends with the rest adn she's given no indication that he is interested in any of the others except Cho, who he has now fallen out with!
I def think that Ron is gonna get with Hermione!..aww they are soo cute together! ;D
