The pitch-black cold October night is lit up by he passing of the clouds and the full moon sheds it's eerie light on the earth as a howl pirces the silence like a needle drawing blood from flesh. The beast runs wild in the wildermess in search of a fresh kill. The wolf has become the most powerful thing in the forrest and all the animals cower to his presence. This lycan is the one origional and has been around for centuries. He isn't clan shunned from the pack;a lone wolf on the prowl.

The Irish have thier own version were witches change at night to snow white hares and men to wolves. The last wolf in Ireladn was killed not far from my house, it was said that a local man went missing around the same time, the story goes that the body of the wolf was exhumed from the midden and it was found that the wolfs paw had turned back to human hands...was a werewolf! *spooky*

Nice Story Anac. Do you live close to a wooded area? I have never seen a wolf or werewolf in person.
