Yes! I hope it happens eventually! It could be really fun, Orli could randomely be around in Mirkwood, Arwen could have a cameo in Rivendell... Ohh, I hope it happens, and soon!

i think ian should play bilbo. it would be strange seeing someone else playing bilbo. it would be like they didnt take lotr into consideration. really, the hobbit should have been made first to go in order. but i am glad that lotr was made. i think that i'll like lotr better than the hobbit just because i'm used to frodo and the fellowship and watching bilbo throughout the movie would be different. but they should definitely make it. and all of Tolkien's (dont know about spelling) books.

I don't know if Ian should play Bilbo. He should look the same at 111 as he did at fifty, but in LOTR they pulled back his face with tape so that he looked younger. They should not have done that, but since they did...
I'm also not certain that Ian would want the active role of Bilbo, I think I would be ok with them putting in another actor, so long as he was good and has some resemblance to Ian.

WEll as far as I know Ian has an actor son who I think looks pretty like him. He's hasn't done any majour work so could this be his big break?
I still want Ian involved even as only the voice, you know the way they did with Darth Vader, one guy acting another doing the voice.
