She was known as the Sorceress of the Far North. A women whose beauty was just as magical as her the feeling she gave off. Her golden taned body was draped in golden cloths and jewery. She had long black hair that fell to her hips. She was called the Pharoh's eye because her vison's were use in the service of the King. She seemed to float as she walked down the hall of the Palace.

The Pharohs mistress met her at the base of the stairs, her dislike of this women was intense, Anac sunamun knew that the pharohs eye sould see all and she ws careful, not to think too much in her presence, otherwise her contempt for that man would show thorugh, she hoped that one day, she would cathch her own godhead and show that grovelling fool, who was truly worthy to wear the double crown of the upper nad lower kingdoms!

"Anac Sunamun." She said in a soft voice as she walked pasted. Feeling the glare cast upon her from the other women. Her mind was hard to read but she felt anger hidden within the Mistress.

Trying to mask her hostility, Anac sun Amun smiled at the other women, a smile which did not extend to her shocking green eyes. Her dislike to the Mage was well known, but open hostility would be very foolish. The women’s favour with the Pharaoh saved her from Anac sun Amun’s wrath, as an adept of the Mazes of Amunn Ra, Anac sun Amun knew that this women would be her rival, and that her greatest obstacle for the godhead was this women. Her slime frame stiffened just visibly as the magus did not return the smile. “Sorceress” She returned in greeting, inclining her head slightly as a mark of respect.
She heard the gong of the great hall, sound a deep and hearty note, Pharaoh was calling the court to session. A Eunuch of the royal harem approached her, barefoot and prostrating himself, he attempted to speak to her, but she waved him away, still not taking her eyes of the magus. She flicked her thigh length raven mane over her shoulder, and turned away in a flurry of gold and jewelled skirts, the heavy brocade clinking melodiously as she went. She alighted the great golden steps without another word to her. She reached the chamber just ahead of her, and took her place at Pharaoh’s side, avoiding the eyes of his daughter, Neferteri.
“Now know that we have decided to hold a feast tonight to celebrate the new truce with the Hyksos, who have occupied the upper kingdom. Through this truce the kingdom is again complete, praise be to Horus of a hundred names!” The Pharaoh announced to the court, gesturing to the Hyksoian general seated in a place of honour below the statue of Horus.
“Bak-her!” The general cried, He was an imposing man, dressed in full helm and body armour, his long jet beard was laced with brightly coloured ribbons, of blue and red, symbolising the colours of the Royal house of Seti and the house of Kanasi, now joined. Neferteri scowled a little harder, she had always fought her father’s decision to make peace with the Hyksos. Anac Sun Amun smiled, she had encouraged it, the last ruler of the upper and lower kingdom had been Queen Hapsetsut, part Egyptian, part Hyksos, making her the perfect ruler of both peoples, just like Anac Sun Amun! Pharaoh rang the bell to indicate the beginning of the saí combat between Anac Sun Amun and his daughter, she loved this part, to “accidentally” kill the princess would be most satisfying, and remove the last obstacle to the throne.
Unlike the princess she did not have the royal cartouche, but if the princess should die unmarried or without an heir, she would inherit in the event of the pharaohs death. But for that blasted mage, the princess was protected, by her friend, the Pharaohs eye! “Oh great Seth, let your black eye fall upon Neferteri, and take her, oh great Osiris let your sceptre fall and sweep her from this world, take her to the next!” She thought maliciously, knowing full well that one with her power was beloved by the gods and only Isis would answer her call, but the God of Royal woman was weak in comparison to the gods of Pharaohs and power, the magus was close to.

( now I know why I made you mod for this. ) Elacia Enedredial sat near the Pharoh watching the events unfold. She wished it was herself who would be fighting Anac Amun. She had trained with Neferteri on her combat skills and knew of her improvments. Yet she was not expected to fight. Her mind was to be on the future. And at this moment her visons were of darkness and of shadow. She kept it to herself for fear of ruinning the Pharoh's happy mood. Turning her thought back towards the battle that raged in front of her, Elacia watched Neferteri take the first fall.

lokus was late for the feast being held in honor of his leader and friend, the general from hykos. he cursed himself as he tried to run to the great hall and cursed the general for insisting that they all wear full armor despite the truce.
he slowed to a brisk walk as he approached the doors to the hall and entered just as neferteri took the first fall in the "battle" with anac sun amun. he made his way quietly to his seat beside the general as to not disrupt the fight.
the general did not notice that lokus had not been there so made no motion when he sat down. picking up a piece of meat, lokus began watching the battle more closely. for some reason he watched anac sun amun, and silently rooted for her.

Watching the battle, the blackcloaked madji stood behind the pharoah ever keeping a watchful eye on the good general and his tardy friend. As Lokus looked over at him, he nodded. Grabbing his sword handle, the knoble madji nodded back with a confident half smile.

Anac sun Amun’s blades flew at the princess; she ducked below Neferteri’s first swipe, and rolled to her feet. The Princess quailed under the onslaught, and a cold smile pulled at Anac Sun Amun’s lips. A thrust at her shoulder caused the princess to duck, at the same time Anac Sun Amun kicked out with her right leg, Neferteri was swept of her feet, her blades spinning across the floor, coming to rest at the feet of the Mage, Elacia.
Anac Sun Amun glared at her, she was clutching the perihet of Meren in her left hand, and muttering. Meren was the eldest son of Pharaoh Seti I, he had died in battle against the Bedouin forces, before he had gone he had given one talisman to one magus, it appeared that it had been Elacia.

Elacia begain to feel light headed as she quietly stood and sliped out of the room. Heading down the endless maze of hallways that the palace held, she made her way towards her room. She could feel that she would see into her mind, very very soon. Smoke filled her room from the inscene and candles. She sat on a large rounded chair. Being perfectly still, she begain to go into a trance.

Anac Sun Amun, saw the mage leave the court out of the corner of her eye. Neferteri had abandoned her daggers and had instead snatched a jewelled sword from a tall Nubian slave. Anac Sun Amun’s heart leapt as she saw the High Priest Imhotep enter, his head bent in dutiful obedience.
Her concentration was broken for only an instant, but in that instant Neferteri broke through her defences, her saí dagger cutting into her shoulder, she recovered in time to retract her shoulder somewhat, but she felt the cold bite of the metal, and fell. It was not a deep wound but the pain incensed her and she threw herself at the princess, discarding her daggers, relying only on her sheer strength and determination. Now i9t was the princess’s turn to smile, embedding her sword in the foot of her father’s throne, she lowered herself into a fighting stance.

[Hello, I have no clue what's going on, so feel free to just ignore me if you want... (I'm that 'tall Nubian slave')]
Teonic shouted as the sword was wrenched from his grasp. Never in all his years of service had he seen anyone be this violent in the palace. Of all places. He looked around frantically for something, anything to defend himself with.

Anac sun amuns anger gave her renewed vigor for another onslaught but at that moment the Pharoh rang the bell again, and Anac was forced to stop.
She left and took her place at his side, between the Pharoh and the Hyksian general who seat had been empty before. The meal was served on great golden platters. the kitchens had outdone themsleves, there was roast hippo, swan and even ostrich, but the greatest part of the feast was the camal, stuffed with sheap, stuffed with suckling pig and then with rabbit. It was a delicacy fit for the Gods.
After the portions that were to be dedicated at the alters of Horus had been taken away the feast began in earnest.
