irdu krugarr, fresh from his sonic shower, put on his newly made jedi masters robe and studied himself in the antique mirror that he owned. adjusting the robe he reflected on the path that had led him to coruscant and the jedi academy.
like council member mace windu, irdu was from the planet haruum kal abd was also a full-blooded korunnai, a native that was like all living things sentient or not from that world, tied strongly to the force. his skin had a slight copper tint to it and his head had been shaved as custome to the male members of his clan. his deep set eyes were the color of jade and his face had the look of hued granite, immoble and chiseled.
satisfied that he was ready, he left his quarters and made his way to the training room for the first day with his new students. master yoda and master windu for reasons all their own had decided that irdu, newly made master, was to have more then one padawan as was tradition. instead he was getting several, the exact number he was about to learn.
entering the training room, irdu looked each of his charges in the the eye and said, "welcome my padawans, i am master krugarr. may the force be with you."

She awoke to a sea of green in a bacta tank. Her long red hair floated in the synthetic fluid as her body was only covered in the area that cloths were meant to cover by two peaces of white loses covered fabric. She wore a large breathing mask that covered her most of her face. It had been nearly a day since her and her master were assigned to have a talk with a small group of rebels that were at war with a neighboring planet. They were sent to try and form peace between the planets. It ended in blood shead. After that she did not rember much. Only the sound of her master yelled for her to get back. The sound of blaster fire and the hum of a light saber. She had felt her master carry her, and could scense his grief. His pain. His love. Pulling herself towards the surface, she slowly opened her eyes. Knowing she was at the academy. She took off her beathe mask, taking a deep breath. Panic filled her voice as her first words were, "Where is Master Kenneth?" A sadden hush came from the ones who were not droids in the room. "No!" She screamed. "He can't be!" She quickly jumped out of the tank, landing on her feet. Her greif was felt by all at the academy.

Riathas stepped off the landing platform, it had been years since she had visited this place. It looked exactly the same. The masters in their brown tunics and the padawans in their white practise robes, their top nots braided in the traditional fashion.
Her own robes flowed around her feet, she was not wearing her traditional robes of the order, but a robe of pale pink satin, that was intricatly embroidedered with silver trim. She was a senator as well as a jedi which sometimes put her at odds with the council, but her home was improtant and when she had been asked, she agreed immediatly, and the council had, at the time, granted her a dispensation to do her duties.
Granted, but not willingly, she felt sure that the supreme chancellor had stepped in on the tumedas behalf and pressured the council.
She swept down the gantry and into the wide, high chamber, filled with many more padawans and knights. She nodded to those she knew and recognised, and even to those who she didn't, her light sabre hanging loose at her side, but she knew she would not need it in this sanctuary, she was home, at last.

irdu was in mid sentence when he felt the wave of angush that flooded off of master kenneth's padawan. he staggered slightly from the sheer strength of the emotion. excusing himself from his young students, irdu hurried through the halls of the academy towards the medibay.
on his way he came upon the jedi riathas. he had heard that she was returning to the fold for something the jedi council requested. he paused a moment and looked at her. he found himself struck by the haunting beauty she possessed that was only enhanced by the pale robes of a senator that she currently wore.
covering his thoughts and memories of a shared past, he nodded to her.
"riathas, it is....pleasent...to see you again." he said carefulling keeping his voice from being strained. "it has been far too long since you graced these halls."

“Thank you master” she inclined her head as a mark of respect to his rank. She smiled as she looked around her again, “the place hasn’t changed!” she remarked casually to no-one in particular.
Wither he answered or not she didn’t know, as a voice echoed inside her mind, “Riathas Welcome back amongst us you are! Too long it has been.” The voice crackled with age but the intensity of the mind was in disputable. “Thank you master” she replied the same way.
Her face must have looked dazed, for when she turned her attention back to Master Irdu, he had not changed either. He was still tall and commanding in appearance, with an insolent lightening flashing behind his dark eyes.
"I'm sorry" she mumbled, immedialty feeling bad for having ignored him, "What were you saying?

"nothing of great import," he replied, "actually i found myself lost in some memories." he drew himself up to his full height, "unfortunately i do not have time to stroll down memory lane, one of my new charges has just learned of her former masters death." irdu took a step towards her, "another time prehaps,"

"Indee.." she started to reply but the voice was back. "New orders you have." acompany Irdu you must, vital this padawan is!"
She nodded, "Well it looks like were going the same way!" she smiled, The medi wing wasn't it?"
She didn't wait for his reply but swept ahead of him up the wide corridor.
(Ooc hope you don't mind, but there's noone else to Rp a different story with and we all might as well stay on the same journey)

(ooc---dont mind, was why i was creating threads between our characters)
irdu quickly resumed his pace which put him in step with the female jedi in short order.
when they reached the lift that would take them to the lower wing, he turned back to her and said, "it appears that the time for catching up will be sooner then we thought. prehaps we should agree not to discuss our...mutual past...for the time being."
he touched the call plate to summon the lift, "there is much we...left unresolved for before and it may interfere with out duties."

"It will not" she repyled not looking at him. As the lift arrived she stepped inside, determindly into it. Now she feel the residue of the anguish that had swept the academy before her arrival.
She shivered the ill feeling was like a cold hand reaching inside her chest and squeezing her heart, until the coldness hurt and her head swam. She felt a little faint but she fought through.
That was the wya of darkness to make you weak and conquer you in your darkest hour.

She had changed into her dark brown padwan pants and boots but only wore a black sleeveless shirt that showed a scar that ran down her right arm like a growing vine. Her vison was blurred from the tears. Her greif was almost to much to bear. As she sat on the table, two medical droids looked over her one last time. Waile thoughts of Kenneth assaulted her. She looked up just to see Irdu krugarr and Riathas enter.

She felt the sheer anguish of the womens mind, as she entered the room, the pain she was feeling was so strong it was almost tangible.
Riathas kept her eyes trained on the floor as she entered afraid to look into the eyes of teh padawan, who was so close to a fall into utter darkness.
She watched a medi droid prepare a fresh batch of Bacta, and the pungent smell of the green liquid hung in the air
She felt the others eyes on her, she could feel her trying to probe them. She looked into the other womens eyes at last and she could feel the darkness grow around them, cat footed, evil, and gaining.

irdu was also feeling the shadow spectre of the dark side cling to the young woman. he was sure given time she would work through her grief, unfortunately timw was no longer a luxary that can be afforded at this time. not with the state of affairs that surrounded the clone war, as some word savy aide to the senate called it. he stepped forward to the young woman and took a deep breath, causing him to stand at his full impressive and above standard height for his race. "jedi master kenneth's lose is deeply felt and mourned by all the jedi throughout the cosmos," he began, choosing his words with utmost care and delicacy, "he was also a good friend to me." irdu removed his hands from inside the bellowing sleeves of his robe where he had been holding them and brought one out and held it pointing to the ceiling, "your remorse is understand but unneeded, he has become one with the force and now is part of you. i do not wish to be uncaring..." his rich deep voice trailed off for a moment hoping that the young jedi would not have to be asked to speak. seeing that a hutt would sooner give up smuggling then this happening he continued gently. "...we must discuss the status of yer mission that you were just on." irdu frowned because he knew that meant the young padawan would have to relive an experience she would sooner wish to forget. he also felt a flash of annoyence coming from someone else in the room. it came from riathas. it must be discussed, he mind-spoke to the other jedi master, what jedi master kenneth and his padawan were doing when this sad event occurred could very easily change the course of this war with the trade federation on way or another. if it wasnt then i would not ask this of herebesides,he added with touch of his own annoyence, wasn't you who once told me that in order to serve the greater good that sometimes we must feel personal pain?

She frowned inwardly, she supposed it ahd been her but it felt like a life time ago. She felt the pressure of his mind nudge her to say something to the padawan.
"His loss is great, and the hole he left cannot be filled nor can his place be taken by another." she answered, her voice layered with the force. "But we cannot let our grief consume us, we must go on" she took a step toward the women and held her hand, "Because it is the right thing for us to do."
Riathas felt the grief and anger fight for supermacy on the younger womens face. "Your master cared for you deeply, he gave his life the in the service of the Republic and the counsil, for this information to be acted upon to late could spell disaster for everything he held dear, help us please." she finished lightly, her hand still on the other women, her voice light.
The women let herself be led to the conference circle in the wide hallway, lined with twin rows of young snowbark trees.

She kept silent as they spoke. She knew her place as a padawan came first. But the love she felt for her former master was strong. And also forbidden in the eyes of the council. She wonder just how much they knew? Or that she would have to tell them. Putting on her best fake Jedi image she replied, "I will help. And give the council a full report." Her voice was still weak but she made sure it sounded as strong as it could.
